Field note · Dashed route · Dirty Side
Build a sewer setup around the actual site
Keep procedures source-specific. Follow the RV, component, and campground instructions. Avoid universal valve, chemical, timing, or sanitation claims.
Identify the waste route
Confirm whether waste will be handled at a full-hookup site, dump station, portable service, or through another documented arrangement. Record the actual RV outlet, campground inlet, reach, and any support requirement.
Choose from verified facts
- Document required length, connection type, included fittings, and storage dimensions.
- Confirm site rules rather than assuming a support or fitting is accepted.
- Review item-level return restrictions before purchase, especially for opened or used sanitation products.
- Keep treatment products optional until exact RV and product documentation supports the choice.
Contain the Dirty Side
Set aside separate hygiene supplies and washable, contained Dirty Side storage. Keep sanitation equipment apart from fresh-water equipment before, during, and after the trip.
